Music director turned actor Vijay Antony's third on screen appearance was definitely not the one to remember.

Vijay Antony (Karthik) and Sushma Raj (Mellina) decide to share an office together on condition that if the other works in a different field to them. But, Jagan as the house broker plays a game and tries to make money. Cat and mouse game starts when the lead pair comes to know about each other - we assume that as the reason for opting for this title to this (supposedly) comedy film.

A very poor first half with some frustrating parts as both decide that one who get their first case will stay and the other moves out - yes, they are advocates.

After some bluffs and puffs both land themselves on the same case on an ancestral land - Vijay Antony takes Pasupathy's side and Sushma fights for M.S.Bhaskar.

Despite the introduction of those two and the completely capable storyline, the screenplay struggles to get going, disappointing performance by Vijay Antony only makes it more worrisome. Sushma makes up for Vijay Antony at some places with pleasing looks and puts up a decent performance for a newcomer.

The third song towards the interval makes it more difficult to wait for the break.

As a pleasant surprise, the script and screenplay finally starts to fall in place some time into the second part. The comedy begins to make some effect, especially from the mall scene.

Give Pasupathy any role, character and he will still attract - the man shines big time. Manobala deserves a special mention at this place for provoking laughter in the later stages. Whether they get to reach a conclusion to this unending property problem is the remainder the script. Some attempt to give this script a new dimension by thrusting in a villain who is looking for a CD works reasonably well in the climax.

Urvasi, Gajendran and Kali Venkat and Pandi (of Pasanga, Goli Soda fame) are the other support casts. Music - of course, by Vijay Antony, is the other major drawback. Director should have taken extensive care in penning the script.

A capable laugh riot spoiled by poor picturization. Can avoid it and catch up the comedy portions on TV, if you find those interesting.

Marks: 4/10.
